The opening of the exhibition „A soul in three hearts” took place Saturday, May 18, 2019 as part of the event “White Night at the Oaș Land Museum” at the „Dr. Mihai Pop” art gallery.
The Long Night of Museums is a major event during which thousands of museums and cultural organizations from 30 European countries turn on their lights and open their doors to the general public to celebrate culture, art and creativity.
“A soul in three hearts” is the collage of three thematic exhibitions: painting exhibition (Ion Țânțaș collection, celebrating 110 years since the artist’s birth), photography exhibition (Ioniță G. Andron, celebrating 30 years since the artist passed away) and an ethnography exhibition.

The goal of the event is the preservation and transmission of the cultural resource to future generations, in its authentic and unaltered form, attracting a large and varied audience, promoting the image of the Oaș Land Museum and the tourist objectives of the Oaș Land.
The European Night of Museums 2019 was an event coordinated locally by the Negrești-Oaș Town Hall, through the Oaș Land Museum and in partnership with the Town House of Culture and the Negrești-Oaș National Center for Tourism Information and Promotion. At national level, the project is managed by the Romanian National Museum Network.
